Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Genpact on 24 December 2025 for the establishment of the Genpact Chair Professorship at MNIT Jaipur, with a ₹1 crore contribution from Genpact towards instituting the Chair Professorship at MNIT Jaipur. The MoU aims to strengthen sustained academic–industry collaboration in the areas of process intensification integrated with digital advancements, analytics, artificial intelligence, process optimization, and related domains. The MoU was signed by Prof. N. P. Padhy, Director, MNIT Jaipur and Mr. Diwakar Singhal, Global Business Leader, Genpact. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Prof. Dilip Sharma, Dean (International & Alumni Affairs), MNIT Jaipur and Mr. Vikram Singh Kavia, Assistant Vice President, Genpact. The ceremony was also attended by Prof. Amar Patnaik, Dean (Faculty Welfare), MNIT Jaipur. This collaboration marks a significant step towards fostering industry-relevant research, digital transformation, and innovation-driven excellence at MNIT Jaipur.
