Alumni ID Card

Alumni Affairs has initiated to provide unique identity card to all alumni.It will help in college entrance, accessing college facilities and also it will provide an identification on alumni day and all other college events.

Alumni Affairs office provides an Alumni Identity Card to all graduates, facilitating seamless access to college entrance, facilities, and serving as a means of identification during Alumni Day and various other college events. The detailed procedure for obtaining an Alumni ID card is outlined below:

Step I: Registration on Alumni Affairs Portal
  1. Register with your updated details on the MNIT Jaipur Alumni Affairs Portal.
  2. If you are already registered, ensure to log in and update your information.
  3. Save the registration details in a preferred format such as PDF or image.
Step II: Submission of Details
  1. Fill out the application form (Google Form) available at the following link:
  2. In the form, you must fill in all the details as requested.
  3. You are required to upload a recent passport-size photo and the registration details saved in Point No. 3 of Step I.
Step III: Verification and Issuance
  1. The Alumni Affairs office will verify your details.
  2. Upon successful verification, an Alumni ID card will be issued to you.

The Alumni ID card is issued only once to each alumnus.
