“Celebrating Legacy, Honouring Excellence: 5th Alumni Awards 2025 at MNIT Jaipur”

Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, in collaboration with the MNIT Jaipur Alumni Association, successfully organized the 5th Alumni Awards Ceremony 2025 on 24 December 2025 at MNIT Jaipur. The prestigious event was graced by the Chief Guest, Ar. Habeeb Khan, Chairman, Board of Governors, MNIT Jaipur along with Prof. N. P. Padhy, Director, MNIT Jaipur; Shri Shivdas Meena, Chairperson, RERA Tamil Nadu; Prof. A. B. Gupta, Senior Most Faculty Alumnus; Prof. Dilip Sharma, Dean (International & Alumni Affairs), Dr. Pawan Kalla Associate dean, Alumni Affairs; Dr. Ashish Dutt Sharma, President, MNIT JAA. The programme commenced with a ceremonial welcome of alumni followed by lamp lighting and the MNIT Kulgeet, included addresses by the dignitaries and unveiling of the Alumni Awards 2025 Magazine. During the ceremony, 17 awardees were felicitated, including Shyam Sunder Gupta, Nitin Khosla, Ravindra Bhatnagar, Sita Ram Gupta, Manisha Bhatt, Vishnu Pareek, Rajiv Saran Mishra, Vipin Kumar, Venkatesh Ramarathinam, Subhash Chandra Looniya, Vaibhav Galriya, Abraham Cyril Issac, Raghav Totla, Vinod Kumar Suri, Ashish Arora, Shankar Morwal and Subhash Agrawal.The ceremony concluded with the generous donation of ₹20 lakh by Shri Diwakar Singhal (batch 1993) for instituting a scholarship in the Department of Chemical Engineering, followed by a formal vote of thanks and a group photograph.

The signing of landmark MoU, including a ₹1 crore contribution from Genpact for instituting a Chair Professorship at MNIT Jaipur, was carried out earlier that morning, marking a significant milestone and reaffirming the enduring bond between MNIT Jaipur and its alumni community.
